I was born in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro.
Study
I studied choral conducting and musicology in Brazil and later lute in Portugal, at the Zurich University of the Arts and the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis.
Professional
In addition to my work as a freelance lutenist in various ensembles, I teach lute and basso continuo at the Lisbon Conservatory and conduct the St. Martin Church Choir in Solothurn.
Why
I don’t think I could do anything else. It is a passion.
Hobbies
My hobbies are constantly changing, at the moment I am an avid chess player.
