Violin, viola, viola da gamba and Alexander technique

Roots
Born as middle child in the USA into a Swiss family; went to school in Hamburg, Germany

Study
Bern, Salzburg and Basel. I have studied not “only” music and Alexander Technique, but also German language and literature, philosophy, musicology and psychology.

Professional
Since my early retirement from the School of Music in 2019 until September 2023, I have been working full time in arts management for ReRenaissance.

ReRenaissance was created on my initiative.

Why
I like to learn new things.

Elective affinity
I like swimming, especially in nature. Johann Sebastian Bach still is my favourite composer.
