At the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis I completed master courses for medieval and renaissance transverse flutes.
Professional
I specialize in performance with early medieval and renaissance transverse flutes. I direct my ensemble Phaedrus and together with Hanna Marti the ensemble Moirai. I also work freelance in various chamber ensembles and orchestras.
Why
I chose early music because I love the characteristic sound of the instruments. I also enjoy the artistic research aspects of this music.
Elective Affinities
I love to travel. Maybe it’s a cliché, but I enjoy having diverse musical encounters with new people and in new places. Traveling is part of my job, but it is also a great passion and inspiration.
