Roots
As the youngest of five siblings, I was born in Ahmedabad (India) and grew up in Olten.

Study
I completed my first five years of study with Liliane Zürcher at the HSLU Music in Lucerne. I then completed a second master’s degree with Marcel Boone at the Musikhochschule Basel.

Professional
For about 10 years I have been singing mainly early music and the main part of my concert activity is with the Basel vocal ensemble Voces Suaves. At the moment I am completely freelancing as a singer, besides spending time with my three children.

Why
Making music has always been an essential building block for my happiness in life. And the preference soon turned to early music and its freedoms.

Spending days and nights far above civilization on a mountain are dreamlike moments that I always long for.
