I was born and raised in Belfort, France.
Study
First I studied at the conservatory and university in Strasbourg, later at the Schola Cantorum in Basel.
Professional
In addition to my concert activities, I currently teach improvisation at the University of Arts in Graz and give workshops throughout Europe.
Why
In my teenage years, musician was the profession I was sure I would not pursue.
Elective Affinities
I especially like Dino Buzzati’s short stories. I listen to way too much different music to pick one particular album, but I would say that Supersilent’s 7th (DVD) album was especially important to me.
